the importance of reflecting | a gift for you

the importance of reflecting | a gift for you

When we have the opportunity to arrive fully into the present there is a realization that all past and future exists in this very moment, not in a demanding sense but like a texture of quality and depth that you can trust.

As every other trip to the Green Isle I once again flew into Dublin, landed at 5:30 am, got in a car rental sat on the right side or the car and began driving on the left side of the road. It's the first big demand for mindfulness of the day. It's also a great way to wake up the brain and the adrenaline. I always figure that if I can get out of the airport, I'll make my three hour drive to the Burren successfully. The last hour of winding roads and limestone hills excite me so much that a little auto pilot kicks in to help my travel weariness;-) I arrived straight into a 3 day yoga retreat with Jack Harrison.  What a tremendous gift. For those that are on the Ireland retreats with me, you're in for such a treat. The April retreat is full but a room became available for Aug 13 - 19. Email me here if this calls you.

Jack enables you to experience the dance between the breathe and the body in such a soothing way. Befriending our breath is the greatest gift we can give ourselves. With his yogic wisdom, music and poetry he helps you release what is stuck, unravel the mind, ground, connect and set intention. During our walks into the ancient hills his Irish historic, folkloric and archeological knowledge take you through space, time and back into the present moment.. full of gratitude.

To share my smiling eyes of this present moment and my love, I'd like to offer 20% off all our meditation rings. Should you carry any stress that you'd like to release. They are a perfect reflection tool to connect with our breath anywhere and anytime. Please use the code "Reflection" to take advantage of this limited time offer.

Spinning a meditation ring is like walking around with knitting needles but much less cumbersome. Creating rhythm with our hands helps our mind to sort it's information. If you spin your ring with your opposite hand and SLOWLY, you'll find your breath will mimic your hands and grow to be fuller and deeper. Please try it.

from all the buds, daffodils, and wee four legged furry creatures on these rolling hills, I send you
love a lotus and a smile,

Gisele
