"Where do you ship to?"
We're proud to say that we ship to clients worldwide. We currently use Canada Post as our carrier. You can chose the shipping option that works best for you and the cost is a pass through charge that you will see totalled at the end of your purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, tax, and duties charged by the import.
"How does free shipping work?"
If you live in Canada or the United States of America and your order is over $150 you will see a free shipping option at checkout. Please note that our free shipping option is for standard shipping and we are not responsible for any customs, tax, and duties charged by the import department of your country. We aim to ship orders within one week from receiving them. If we foresee any issue with that timeline we will notify you as soon as we receive your order.
"What if I need to make an exchange or return?"
We accept exchanges and returns of unused items as long as it is within 30 days of receiving your package. Mark the package as RETURN TO SENDER and ensure that the value is marked the same as what was on the original shipping. Once we receive the return we will refund you the cost of the purchase less the delivery charge within 3-5 business days.
"What metals do you use?"
We mainly use solid sterling silver and 14kt gold (although other metals are available by custom order). For our items in pewter, brass, copper, bronze, we use nickle-free alloys. The only item that you will see with plating is a sterling silver chain plated with yellow or rose gold, which is noted in the item's description.
