The ‘being peace’ touchstones commemorate the founding of Plum Village and its community; they are dharmic tools, inspired by Gisele’s visits and practices there. Drawing from the words of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh (Thay), practitioners of mindfulness and mindfulness meditation can now support their daily practice, and moment to moment awareness with an inscription of Thay’s calligraphy and your intention.
When you read and use the inscription with mindfulness and intention, you will feel more centered in your everyday practice, while being ‘re-minded’ of the “lessons learned” from Thay and the community of Plum Village.
Created for both men and women, these inspiring medallions are available in solid sterling silver, nickle-free pewter, 14 kt gold or rose gold.
