Wedding Bands and Custom Rings 🎊

I wanted to share a special project that we took on over a year ago. It was to take the meditation rings to a wedding ring level. With the knowledge of how de-stressing the meditation rings are, we became aware of how powerful it would be to bring them into the arena of finding peace within a life united with another.
We have within us the seed of all things and what we water is what flourishes, and we know that in a marriage it's doubled! David Whyte has a beautiful book called The Three Marriages. It's plays out the depth of our marriage to ourselves, a partner and a career. He very poetically defines the human juggle to find balance between these relationships as they are all very different. It's a great read.
When wearing a spinning meditation ring and deliberately spinning slowly and rhythmically with the opposite hand, our breathing mimics what our hands are doing and slows down. Then our shoulders usually release, more oxygen goes to our brain and we are thinking clearer. I cannot promote them enough.
