Walk With Me: reflections

For all of you who are supporting my crowd funding campaign to heal and write, whether monetarily or energetically, a thousand humbled thank you’s. Let it come back to you tenfold. I hope to blog along the journey and stay connected. All of healing is just like other important teachings in life. What we really need to know is written between the lines. Most of us are so busy that we don’t stop in that place. The space that invites openness, the premise of perhaps, curiosity and unconditional love. The space that holds all the agreements and misagreements that are conveniently forgotten in order to support the personality we have created. It is often only when something threatens our survival that change becomes an invited mandate. After having a near death experience as a child, impermanence was woven into life’s dialogue like a metaphor. Now that the conversation is present, it hits a different cord. One that requires deeper thought, meditation and action. I really feel that a breakdown in our health, especially serious ones should be viewed as huge gifts. They happen as a messenger to illuminate the blocks and give us courage to break through them, rewrite our life with loving dedication and release what causes us harm. How many times in life do you have the urge to make serious changes and the intention is succumbed by comforts, habits or the lack of confidence to admit we write our lives? When the options are harsh, guess what.. a rewrite is a dream easy to commit to. If you ever observed that the food you’re eating is making you feel less than energized, your days are filled with more on the 'to do' list than the 'to be' list, thoughts get riddled with fear and doubt, your environments are cluttered and toxic as are some of your relationships.. gift yourself a retreat into your heart and start peeling back the layers you never intended to support. Life is precious. Walk with me. Gisele

Rather than take my breath away, Gisele reminds me to breathe, inhaling my truth, eternal wisdom and gratitude for all that is. Even that which what none of us wants, can be the greatest gift when wholehearted embraced with a courageous heart and a relentless spirit to uncover our highest selves in order to live a life worth living.

You are my heroine Gisele, always keeping your children close, leaving lovers when integrity was compromised and walking away from ‘stardom’ to live a life of uncompromising heart centred creation.

I believe you are poised to rewrite the script of how we’ve been told to treat our bodies when the body has an important message that wants us to listen and act upon. You are taking the time to listen deeply and reporting back to those of us who want to hear your teaching.
