Gisele's Healing Journey

As most of you may already know our fearless leader Gisele has been faced with a health challenge that has influenced her to take a step back here at the studio. Throughout her journey we have watched her transform and reclaim her life in such a way that has been both empowering and inspiring. She has never looked more radiant and full of life. And I am sure she would say she's never felt more full of life either. Although she is not in the clear just yet, we have no doubt that this journey has set the framework for positive results. Gisele has said many times throughout this process that she has been called to re-write her life. And as difficult times do show up in our lives, her approach has been such a beautiful, eye-opening experience for all of us to witness. One lesson she'd share is that first we must be friends with the reality that everything and everyone is impermanent. The second is to remain present in each moment. A third is to learn how to realign our imbalances with grace, strength and determination. To shift and move with the ever changing world and to hold ourselves accountable with each decision, each thought at every waking moment ... this is a life of purpose. During these past few months the team here at TBDS have been inspired to make changes in our own lives that reflect living at our most optimal and highest selves. From daily meditations and exercise (including dance breaks & trampolining) to eating with intention and nourishing our bodies, minds and souls with nature at its purest form - we are ALIVE. Thank you to our dearest Gisele for being a light on this path and making every day a special gift that we get to share together. Here is to transformation of the highest self. May we all get to live to the fullest - body, mind and soul.
