New Times | Where To Find Us
I hope this note finds you with joy.  Our studio move to Guelph is complete.. stage one anyway. Somehow even though I have moved my business and homes many times, I seem to forget it's toll. lol

We are in the Boarding House Arts building. A five minute walk from home, how delightful. The Mindful Necessities & Zen Nomad beautiful new studio will be ready in June to receive you and there is plenty of moments to pause and smile in store. Stay tuned.. Until then I was able to get a small room in the building to store everything and ship orders from.  We are technically starting our new life in Guelph in the mailroom until we earn the big room with windows. ;)  So visit our online store regularly as there are new things coming and please stay in touch.

I'll post our address when the new space is ready. If you have anything to send to us, a return, exchange, repair or hand written love letter, email me for the temporary address.

You will find us at the Toronto Yoga Conference in the Convention Centre March 31 - April 2.   Come.. we'd love to see your beautiful self. If you plan to attend let me know and I'll send you a digital pass. I think you'll enjoy the marketplace there. We are booth 515.

If visiting the online store or the yoga show just isn't suffice to find peace in your core, come retreat with me to Ireland. There is still a spot left for April 23 - 29 and two spots for Aug. 13 - 19. Come nourish your body, heart and soul in a landscape that invokes mystery and poetry. A friend just shared this John O'Donohue poem. It is a perfect Irish blessing to leave you with. If you find yourself called send me a request for the brochure and application.

"On the day when
The weight deadens
On your shoulders
And you stumble,
May the clay dance
To balance you.

And when your eyes
Freeze behind
The grey window
And the ghost of loss
Gets into you,
May a flock of colours,
Indigo, red, green
And azure blue,
Come to awaken in you
A meadow of delight.

When the canvas frays
In the currach of thought
And a stain of ocean
Blackens beneath you,
May there come across the waters
A path of yellow moonlight
To bring you safely home.

May the nourishment of the earth be yours,
May the clarity of light be yours,
May the fluency of the ocean be yours,
May the protection of the ancestors be yours.

And so may a slow
Wind work these words
Of love around you,
An invisible cloak
To mind your life."

~John O' Donohue

[Note: "Beannacht" is the Gaelic word for "blessing." A "currach" is a large boat used on the west coast of Ireland.]

Until the next time, I send you love, a lotus and a smile

Gisele
