Mindful Necessities Summer Whereabouts
How did we get to the year's half way mark so quickly? Do you feel this too? If I had the power I might slow the clock down just a little. 😉 I like to believe every moment shows up in our life as a gift, a teacher or both. Perhaps the teaching is to be willing to stay present with it all.
So, here is my next couple of months, should you want/need to reach me.
July 14 - 16 ~ Muskoka Arts and Crafts Show
After really missing the community I've decided to return to the Muskoka Arts and Crafts Show in Bracebridge as an exhibitor. This will be our only showing for the summer. If you think you may make it there and have any special requests for me, don't hesitate to get in touch anytime before Wednesday, July 12th. I'll have with me the meditation rings, malas and Being Peace medallions that we have on our website, and will also bring up a few treasures from the safe of the discontinued collections. If you are coming and would like something in particular don't hesitate to ask! This is a wonderful show and we'd love to see you.
July 28 - August 5 ~ Plum Village, France. I've not been on retreat with the Monastics in Plum Village for a couple of years since Thay (Thich Nhat Hanh) took ill. I am joyful to return. Perhaps another Being Peace medallion will birth it's way into the world.
August 5 - Sept 15 Ireland
Expansions in mindful practice has been calling me to the mystic emerald isle for some time now. I'm thrilled to host our anticipated Experiential Meditative Retreat Aug 13 - 19 in the Burren. There are wonderful treats in the works for the week and there is still space, email me if you want to join us.
The rest of my Ireland time will be of silence, writing, and more exploring.. with a wing and a prayer.
I will be reachable but may request patience.
As your summer unfolds, be gentle with yourself, be present and be kind. You deserve it.
